About VitaNina Nutrition

Hello, I’m Nina! I founded VitaNina Nutrition Ltd after gaining a BSc in Nutritional Therapy and a Level 6 Diploma in Nutrition and Health, which were both accredited by the  Nutritional Therapy Education Commission (NTEC). I have completed the Lifecode Gx  Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme (NPP) and am a qualified Lifecode Gx Nutrigenomics Practitioner using advanced nutrigenomic (DNA) testing to help you better understand how your unique genetics may influence your health, nutrition and wellbeing.

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a member of  British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT). I am also an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine and fully insured.

I continue to undertake regular training, short courses and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to keep up-to-date with the latest scientific research in nutrition and to further my skills in various nutrition topics. I am a CPD Committee Member for BANT (professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners) and I also work as a student nutritional therapy (BSc) clinic supervisor and a tutor at a nutrition teaching university.

I help  individuals with a range of health conditions and have a special interest in digestion related health conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), food sensitivities and women’s health.  I practice the evidence-based Functional Medicine approach, identifying imbalances in the body and addressing the root cause of the condition(s) rather than just ‘treating’ the symptoms. More information about Functional Medicine can be found here.
